How do I sign in?+
One Trimtab account works across every app in the suite. Sign in to any app — Helm, Flightpath or Snowbird — with the same email and password, Google, or a magic link.
Do I have to use all three apps?+
No. Start with any single app. The thread between strategy, roadmaps and delivery lights up automatically as you enable more of the suite.
How do AI credits work?+
Every AI run costs one credit, drawn from a single pool shared across your whole workspace. Each paid plan includes a monthly allowance, and you can top up any time.
How is billing handled?+
Billing is per editor, per app, with free unlimited viewers — managed from the billing page inside any app. Owners and admins can change plans and buy credits.
Can I bring work in from Jira?+
Yes — Snowbird is the native delivery app, and you can import an existing Jira backlog via CSV from a project's import settings. Live two-way sync and a Linear connector aren't available yet.
